The Recruitment Process at Beiersdorf

The basic steps in the Beiersdorf hiring process are:

  • Online Application: Make sure that your CV is well-written, and send it to the relevant position.
  • Phone Interview(s): The HR manager will call you. Afterwards, you might have a phone conversation with the professional manager as well.
  • Interview: There might be an interview with a panel of senior managers.
  • Exams: Cut-e is the most significant tests. Other exams may also be required.
