Preparation for Thames Water's Recruitment Process

The different steps in the Thames Water hiring process are:

  • Online Application: Send your CV to the relevant position.
  • Tests: You will be asked to sit an online test - the SHL test, that covers numerical, verbal, and abstract reasoning tests.
    Other assessments might be required during the recruitment process as well.
  • Interview: The interview might be a recorded interview, in which you record your answers, or onsite – with the professional manager/s.
  • Assessment Centre: You will be invited for an assessment day. During this day you will participate in activities such as group exercise and presentation. Also, there might be interviews and tests.
