Airbus Global Graduate Programme 2024/25: Application & Assessment Guide

The AGGP offers a structured development pathway that provides mentorship, hands-on experience, and international project opportunities. Structured placements ensure participants gain exposure to different functions like engineering, finance, and marketing while building leadership skills. Throughout the two-year journey, experienced Airbus professionals will guide you, providing a broad view of the aerospace industry and enhancing your future career potential.

The programme includes training sessions, workshops, and seminars to develop both technical and soft skills. You'll focus on collaboration, problem-solving, and strategic thinking while networking with a global community of graduates to share knowledge and grow together.

The Arctic Shores game-based assessment plays a crucial role in the application process, evaluating candidates' personal and technical abilities to help Airbus identify the right fit for their programme. Many leading companies, including PwC, Amazon, Norton Rose Fulbright, Coca-Cola, Siemens, Capita, and Thales, also use Arctic Shores assessments to evaluate candidates' cognitive abilities and potential.

• Candidates are required to submit an online application, which includes uploading a CV and cover letter via the Airbus job portal. The application form will also require you to answer several questions about your interest in the aerospace industry and your motivations for joining Airbus. Be prepared to showcase your skills, experience, and enthusiasm for innovation in this stage.

• After your application is reviewed, you will be invited to complete a game-based assessment. Airbus uses Arctic Shores game-based assessments , which are advanced psychometric tools designed to assess various traits such as cognitive abilities, behavior, emotional intelligence, and decision-making skills.
• These assessments provide a gamified experience to evaluate how candidates approach challenges, adapt to new information, and solve problems, helping Airbus identify individuals with the right competencies for their graduate programme.

• Candidates who pass the game assessment move on to a video interview stage, where Airbus assesses your motivations, skills, and cultural fit. This interview is conducted online, and candidates are asked to respond to questions about their career aspirations, experiences, and understanding of Airbus's values.  

• Selected candidates attend an Assessment Centre , where they engage in group tasks, presentations, and interviews. This is an in-person assessment where you will work alongside other candidates, demonstrating your ability to collaborate, communicate effectively, and solve problems in real time. The day includes both individual and group activities.

• The final step is a comprehensive interview with a senior team member, focusing on your technical skills, industry knowledge, and alignment with the role's requirements. This is also an opportunity for you to ask in-depth questions about the team, projects, and work culture at Airbus.
